Changes Landscapes Limited have several accreditations and certifications as listed below.

SafeContractor

Safe Contractor is a health and safety accreditation scheme and a founding member of Safety Schemes in Procurement (SSIP). It’s a UK-based program that assesses and verifies the health and safety practices of contractors, allowing them to demonstrate their competence to potential clients. Safe Contractor is recognized by many major organizations.

 

DBS Approval

A DBS (Disclosure & Barring Service) check, formerly known as a CRB (Criminal Records Bureau) check, are used by employers to assess the suitability of potential employees, particularly for roles involving vulnerable groups. These checks can reveal criminal history, including spent and unspent convictions, cautions, reprimands, and warnings, depending on the level of check requested.

 

Waste Carrier Licence

A waste carrier licence is a legal requirement for businesses that transport, buy, sell, or dispose of waste in the UK. This licence ensures that waste is handled and transported in a responsible and environmentally friendly manner.

 

Certification

Changes Landscapes Limited staff hold certification for a wide range of qualifications ranging from an NVQ in Horticulture and Landscaping to First Aid training, machinery training, tractor mower training, PA1 and PA6 spraying qualifications, Chainsaw and Tree felling qualifications along with the safe use of wood chippers.

 

Insurance

Changes Landscapes Limited are fully insured for everyone’s peace of mind.

We hold £5,000,000 employer’s liability insurance and £5,000,000 public liability insurance.

The Considerate Constructors Scheme (CCS)

The Considerate Constructors Scheme (CCS) is a national initiative aimed at improving the image of the construction industry by promoting best practices among construction sites, companies, and suppliers.

The CCS was established to encourage construction sites and companies to operate in a manner that is considerate to the public, the environment, and the workforce. It operates on a voluntary basis, allowing construction entities to register and commit to a Code of Considerate Practice that goes beyond statutory requirements. This code focuses on three main areas:
